SSC GD Constable 2026 Admit Card Status & Exam Schedule — Late Feb/March 2026

The written examination for SSC GD Constable 2026 is tentatively scheduled from 24 February 2026 to 15 March 2026. The exam will be conducted in multiple shifts daily. Your specific exam date and shift timing (morning or afternoon) will be mentioned in your admit card. All candidates must appear on their allotted date and time as per admit card.

Mandatory documents: (1) Original printed admit card, (2) Original valid government ID proof (Aadhar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License), (3) Original high school/12th pass certificate or equivalent, (4) PWD certificate (if claiming disability), (5) Domicile/resident certificate (if required for specific recruitment). Written examination consists of 80 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) worth 80 marks. Exam duration: 60 minutes. The exam is bilingual (available in Hindi and English). Subjects covered: General Intelligence & Reasoning (20 marks), General Awareness (20 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (20 marks), General English (20 marks). Each question carries 1 mark. Negative marking: 0.50 marks deducted for each incorrect answer. No negative marking for unanswered questions.
